Robert D. Bond, CPM®, CCIM, LEED AP, is Senior Vice President for the Bank of America Account, where he is responsible for the senior leadership oversight of property management, engineering, supply chain & compliance for the Southeast portfolio stretching from Delaware to Florida. Bond has been a key part of this management team for over fifteen years, where for two and a half years he was Vice President of Property Management.
Bond started with Lincoln Harris in 1998 as Property Manager for Transamerica Square, 525 N. Tryon, and 400 N. Church. He was soon promoted to Property Manager for Bank of America Corporate Center, and then to Senior Property Manager for the Corporate Center, International Trade Center, Seventh Street Station, and Charlotte Transit Center.
Bond is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North & South Carolina. Having worked in real estate for over 24 years, Bond has earned IREM’s CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation, the CCIM Institute’s CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, and the Green Building Certification Institutes’ LEED AP (Accredited Professional) accreditation. Bond’s contributions include working with Mecklenburg County’s business recycling programs, serving in the past on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and participating in mission work through First Baptist Church of Charlotte both nationally and internationally. Bond is a Charlotte native.
