Position Description:
SUMMARY

Lincoln Harris is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Atlanta, GA office to provide oversight, analytics and reporting for parking operations and other critical financial initiatives in support of a major facility management client. This position will support multiple concurrent projects and will provide financial analysis and reporting, develop key performance indicators, create and present business impact statements, and develop and implement detailed action plans.




Position Duties:
PARKING MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide oversight and analysis of parking operations for approximately 50 client utilized parking garages.
•Provide a monthly reconciliation of income and expense for all parking operations. Provide variance explanations and identify and implement corrective actions.
•Extract data from multiple sources and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients.
•Compile data on parking operations for dashboards, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Calculate performance metrics for parking operations.
•Identify and lead innovation enhancements within parking operations and within other areas of the organization. Develop and support cost savings, process improvement, and quality initiatives. .
•Prepare formal client ready documents including reports and presentations related to parking operations and other financial and accounting subject matter.
•Respond to internal and external client inquiries.
•Represent LH as needed in client meetings and process discussions.
•Develop and maintain project documentation and playbooks
•Prepare annual Parking Revenue budget

ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Assist with annual Maintenance and Repair expense budget preparations, as well as Capital Infrastructure budget.
•Extract data from multiple sources and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports.
•Prepare monthly and year-to-date variance analysis.
•Respond to internal and external client information requests
•Compile data for dashboards, monthly, quarterly and annual reports using a variety of systems and applications
•Other duties related to Finance and Accounting areas, as assigned or as requested by client

Position Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•Strong financial and analytical skills with problem solving ability
•Experience with Parking operations and employee chargebacks preferred
•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
•Three or more years of financial or business analysis experience
•Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
•Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and make effective decisions
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discretely
•Ability to work with personnel at all levels within an organization
•Provide excellent internal and external customer service
•Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
