Email verification company BriteVerify has signed a lease for 3,436 square feet at the Two Piedmont Town Center building in SouthPark.
Founded in 2009, Charlotte-based BriteVerify provides real-time email address verification solutions that improve data quality, deliverability and email marketing results. The company identifies email entry mistakes in web forms, e-commerce shopping carts, questionnaires, surveys, polls and mobile and app download forms. By verifying email addresses at the point of acquisition or prior to email delivery, BriteVerify works to protect each customer’s sender reputation, reducing its bounce rate so that its emails won’t get blocked.
BriteVerify serves 25,000 clients in 150 countries and is relocating to accommodate growth. The company plans to move into its space on the fourth floor of Two Piedmont Town Center this month.
Jubal Early of Lincoln Harris represented BriteVerify on the lease, and Campbell Walker of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord, Piedmont Row Drive LLC.
“With on-site restaurants and amenities like the YMCA, Piedmont Town Center offers the kind of mixed-use environment that high-growth companies like BriteVerify are looking for, and we’re excited to welcome them as a tenant,” said Walker.
Two Piedmont Town Center totals 203,188 square feet and is 86 percent leased. The building has 6,200 square feet on the first floor and 23,000 square feet on the fourth floor available for lease.
